My DeviantArt Story

Sooo in all honesty, I have only been on deviantart for a little while. Almost two years, which I guess isn't a "little" while, but whatever. In the 2 years that I have been here though, I believe I have improved immensely. I still have a way to go, in my opinion, but DANG I think my art level shot up when I got onto deviantart. I had access to tutorials and artists to ask for help whereas before I only had some Chris Hart books and Youtube Videos.







See? IMPROVEMENT! It happens!


Okei, stuff that inspires me. Seeing "other-worldly" art is a big inspiration to me, things twisted and wrong and yet right. I love that.


Obviously, music had to be on this list, and I listen to most any kind of music. I prefer faster pace stuff though
     
And there are many other artists out there that I love, like TSO and techno music in general, too.

Fashion design inspires me as well screw you I can be girly



Lastly, my inspiration comes from people like me- you, I'd guess I will never get over DamaiMikazs amazing art AND inspirational journals or bleedmans amazing style- but I love seeing people my art level do awesome stuff always makes me happy. I love to see people like me do awesome stuff because I think, "If they can do it, so can I!" Comparing yourself to people like Mikaz or others will do nothing but get you down. They have YEARS of experience over you- and me! It's just like comparing a kindergarteners' finger painting to a 6th graders' art. Yeah, the 6th grader is better now, but when the kindergartener is in 6th grade, she might be just as good, or maybe even better. Of course the kindergartener can ask the 6th grader for help, but the kindergartener and ONLY the kindergartener can make her art improve.

These people are definitely people's arts that inspire me I'm not necessarily on their level, but I like seeing different art that is not unreachable to me.


tthhbbbb I desperately hope that even though it is too big to save it will post!!
